We work with your vacation rental property management team who will provide us with access to your condominium or beach home prior to check-in and check-out. All beach equipment comes with a lock cable and sand anchor to secure your equipment on rental property close to the beach. Setup is easy for Umbrella rentals: twist sand anchor into sand and pop open umbrella. The price difference for 2 chairs and 1 Umbrella from North Strand versus rentals on the beach for 7 days is $60 from us versus $175 on the beach. The advantages from renting from us are: you don’t have to worry about losing your equipment every day at 3:45 – 4:45 and you can move them anywhere you want. Storage of beach equipment must be on rental property. The city has an ordinance for all beach equipment to be removed from 10pm to 7am for the sand rakers. You may set up anywhere after 7am, first come first serve, as long as you don’t obstruct a lifeguard’s view. We have free pickup and delivery in NMB only.
