Lisa\\\'s Original  Quench is a fruit sorbet. Sorbet is a frozen fruit desert or standalone refresher made with sweetener and fruit puree poured into a special machine imported from Italy. It is an original product with no artificial ingredients and is made by Lisa herself for the Carolina Beaches. There have been many attempts to copy "Lisa\\\'s  Quench" but it has never been duplicated. Lisa has recently introduced a new flavor "Frozen Strawberry" and she is working on "Frozen Pina Colada" which will come out this spring.

Not associated  by any means with "Carolina Quench" Lisa and her father produced all original recipes for North Strand Beach Service.
