Pick-up & drop-off

Free pick-up requires items to be left at the location to which they were delivered, as agreed upon prior to drop-off. We make our best effort to deliver your rental items by 6:30 PM (for all advance orders) on your check-in day.

Delivery Conditions and Rate Specifics

On the busy days of Saturday and Sunday, please allow us adequate time for drop off, and call our office if your items have not been delivered by 6:30 PM. If you would like your rental items to be delivered before 1 PM on your arrival date, simply ask for our Express Delivery ($15 additional charge). We would prefer that you are available to receive items and will give you a pick-up time to collect those items. The weekly rate is based on 6 consecutive rental dates; we offer a 3 consecutive day rental and daily rentals require a 24 hour advance notice. Rentals are not limited to pre-orders filled through our website, or early call reservations.

Refunds

Orders canceled more than one week prior to delivery shall receive a refund. Orders canceled less than one week prior to delivery will also recieve a full refund, but it will require a $10.00 administrative fee. As of delivery day we cannot offer refunds, however we will be glad to make exchanges for items of comparable value based on availability.

Release

RENTER SHALL HOLD LESSOR HARMLESS FROM, ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, SUITS, PROCEEDINGS, COSTS, EXPENSES, DAMAGES, AND LIABILITIES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES ARISING OUT OF, CONNECTED WITH, OR RESULTING FROM THE PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THIS RENTAL. THE RENTER ASSUMES AND SHALL BEAR THE ENTIRE RISK OF LOSS, THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR DAMAGE OF OR TO ANY PART OF THE EQUIPMENT ("LOSS OR DAMAGE") FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND NO SUCH LOSS SHALL RELEASE RENTER OF ITS OBLIGATION UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE. ALL CONDITIONS ON REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION LISTED ON THE "OUR POLICY" ALSO APPLY, INCLUDING THE $10 ORDER CANCELLATION FEE.
