We know what you need for the beach! … “We can make your vacation hassle free” We work with rental property managers who can provide us with the access to your condominium or beach home prior to check-in and check-out. Tax for your area will be added during final processing. Orders must go from pending to a processing confirmation for items to be considered available. Please call first if arrival is within 48 hours in advance for inventory status.

Delivery Areas & Minimums
North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach and all Horry County Coastal areas. We will make our best effort to deliver your rental items by 7:30 PM on your check-in day. Our free delivery minimum (not including tax) is $49 in North Myrtle Beach, Northern end of Myrtle Beach $59 minimum and $89 South Myrtle Beach and other coastal areas for Saturday delivery. If an order does not meet the minimum (before tax), a delivery charge of $25 will be added or it can be picked up from and returned to our office. Equipment in Tide Water Plantation has $89 minimum. If you would like express delivery your rental items will be delivered by 1pm. You may pre-order and pick up from our location if the minimum has not been met. Tax for your area will be added during final processing. A $3.75 processing fee is added to credit card orders. If you prefer to pay by check or cash. We can credit back the transaction and fee.
Baby Items – Roll a ways indoor items– Rental period ends 9am checkout day
Beach Equipment, Bikes and Wheeled Beach Chairs – Period ends 5pm the night before checkout unless other arrangements have been made. You will receive a text with instructions on pick up. We will pick up beach equipment outside of unit.
Bikes & Outdoor Equipment
We deliver to the rental location with a bike lock and a code will be texted to you. Please lock when not in use. We do not set up umbrellas. We deliver them to your Rental location.
Cancellations without penalty must be made one week prior to arrival if not all rental fees will be charged to the credit card given for the reservation. In the event the cancellation is not made at least 7 days in advance all rental fees will be charged to the credit card
given for the reservation. When items are ordered on busy weeks it limits availability for other customers. (Once you order it denies others the same opportunity). Upon your arrival date, we cannot offer refunds, but we will be glad to make exchanges for items of comparable value. You may bring items to our office to make exchanges. We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. $25 processing fee on cancellations.
In the event of a mandatory evacuation, the customer is required to provide North Strand Beach Service, LLC. with a written refund request within thirty (30) days after evacuation. Prorated refunds will be given for rental equipment only.
Cleaning Fee – missing crib pad
North Strand Beach Service takes special care to clean and maintain every piece of equipment each time it has been rented and we expect the same level of care from our customers. Equipment that is returned not cleaned will result in the Renter being charged a $10 fee. Crib rentals include a mattress pad for cleanliness. Mattress protectors must be returned to avoid a $10 fee. They can be mailed to our address. We will charge your credit card $10 and then credit you upon return of item

Policies and Procedures
The renter agrees to be responsible for the care and general maintenance of the items or equipment rented. Any injuries sustained or damages to other persons or property due to negligence or mishandling of the items or equipment rented throughout the rental period is solely the responsibility of the renter. Renter understands that there exist certain risks of injury from the use or misuse of such items, including the potential risk of serious injury, disability or death from the use of such items. Renter assumes all responsibility for rented equipment while in Renter’s possession. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless North Strand Beach Service and their officers, shareholders, owners, operators, agents, and employees from any claim arising from renter’s use, operation or possession of the rented equipment. Under no circumstances will North Strand Beach Service Inc. be held responsible for any damage to person or property, disability, injury or loss, including death, arising from the use of any rented equipment or the failure of the equipment to function as intended by the manufacturer.The renter further agrees he/she will be held accountable for any damages to any and all parties involved during this rental period.
I hereby authorize North Strand Beach Service to charge to the foregoing credit card or account all charges and fees which are due or may become due under this agreement. I acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth above. I further acknowledge and agree that this instruments constitutes the entire agreement between the parties on the subject matter hereof and that it may not be amended, altered or changed except by a written agreement signed by the Renter and by North Strand Beach Service
